Residential Window Cleaning Service

Below is a complete description of how we clean residential windows every time:

1. We start out by removing and marking all screens. This way you can be sure the proper screen is put back with the proper window.

2. We hand wash both sides of your screens with a soft bristle brush using biodegradable soap. We then put the screens aside to dry.

3. We  then start cleaning the outside of your windows first, using a soft strip washer and a very concentrated window cleaning solution. This window cleaning solution will literally make your windows sparkle.

4. We then use a wide scraper to get off paint overspray, bug marks, sap, etc.

5. After thoroughly wetting the window again with a strip washer and cleaning solution , we’ll squeegee the water off, and then detail all four edges of the window with a surgical towel.

6. Now we take out a fine piece of steel wool for touch-up.

7. After all the outside windows are done, we’ll move inside and repeat the process. When we’re inside we’ll sweep out the tracks and wipe down the window sills. We pride ourselves on our perfectionism. All of our work is satisfaction guaranteed. Any streaks, smears or finger pointers will be dealt with immediately and with vigor.

8. We then walk around your home to double check the windows and be sure we leave your home  as we found it.
